Chef Selly and Chef Piow bring the full My Thai Chef experience directly to your villa, preparing and cooking everything for you on-site — Thai dining, BBQ, seafood night, and breakfast service. Minimum 2 guests, no maximum — perfect for couples and large groups alike.

Thai Dining Service

  • A private Thai dining experience in the comfort of your own villa. Your group selects 5 dishes to share from our full Thai menu, freshly prepared by Chef Selly or Chef Piow. Extra dish choices can be added at 210 THB per dish, per person in your group.

BBQ Feast

  • A private BBQ feast at your villa — a generous set menu with everything included, grilled fresh in front of you:

Premium Seafood Night

An indulgent seafood feast at your villa, prepared Thai-style by your chef

The base menu includes:

  • Shrimp tempura starter, with plum sauce

  • Tom Yum seafood soup

  • Whole sea bass, grilled or steamed with lime and chilli

  • Steamed jasmine rice

  • Thai papaya salad

  • Green salad

  • Num Jim seafood sauce — authentic Thai dipping sauce

  • Mango sticky rice dessert with ice cream

Breakfast Service

Wake Up to Breakfast Perfectly Set at Your Dining Table

  • Start your day with a private breakfast at your villa. As we purchase all ingredients fresh daily, we keep menu selection to two main choices for the whole group, plus optional sides such as fresh fruit platters and toast. Choices can rotate daily across multi-day bookings. Fresh orange juice is included; tea and coffee are not, as most villas provide this themselves.

Floating Breakfast

Breakfast The Cool Way !

Option 1 Our Floating Breakfast Add-On

Each floating breakfast tray feeds 2 to 4 persons and includes a curated, tray-friendly spread: scrambled eggs, fresh bread rolls, orange juice, continental pastries, fresh local fruit, granola with yogurt, and bite-sized pancakes with fruit & honey.

Price: 2,500 THB per tray. Available as an add-on to our standard Breakfast Service only (minimum breakfast charge applies).

Option 2: Premium Floating Breakfast

Elevate your floating breakfast with smoked salmon, cream cheese and blinis, a charcuterie & artisan cheese board with Camembert, Champagne Cheddar, and Brie, mixed cold cuts, fresh dragon fruit, mango, and passion fruit.

​

Price: 3,900 THB per tray, feeds 2 to 4 persons. Can be booked on its own, or as an add-on to our Breakfast Service.

​

Add a bottle of sparkling wine and upgrade your orange juice to mimosas — 690 THB per bottle.

​

For groups larger than 4, simply add a second tray, or pair with additional standard breakfast guests.

Drinks

In Your Villa Or Ours

We're happy to supply drinks for your evening:

  • Thai beer (Singha, Chang, or Leo) — 70 THB per tin

​

  • Chef-selected wine, red, white, or sparkling — 690 THB per bottle

​

Please note: due to licensing, spirits are not available to purchase or bring to our dining experiences at Chef's Garden Rawai or the Blue Bay experience Kata Beach.

Practical Details

General
No minimum guest count — minimum service charges apply per experience (see individual sections above). Must be booked in advance. Travel costs vary by location — your chef will confirm the exact charge when you book. We do not supply tableware, cutlery, chairs, or tables for any in-villa service as standard — disposable plates, dishes, and cutlery can be provided upon request.

Thai Dining Service
Please ensure your villa has the necessary plates, cutlery, and dining setup, or let us know in advance if you'd like disposable options provided. Want to add extra dishes beyond your included 5? Each additional shared dish costs 210 THB multiplied by your total group size — for example, a group of 6 adding one extra dish would pay 1,260 THB in total (210 THB × 6), shared across everyone. This reflects the cost of sourcing a wider variety of ingredients in smaller quantities, while keeping your overall price as low as possible.

BBQ
Please ensure a working BBQ grill with fuel is available at your villa — we do not supply grills. Please also note we do not clean the grill after use.

Seafood Night
As with our Thai Dining service, please ensure your villa has plates, cutlery, and dining setup available, or let us know in advance if you'd like disposable options provided.

Breakfast Service
As we purchase all ingredients fresh daily, we limit breakfast selection to two main choices for the whole group (not per person). Optional extras work the same way — each extra selected costs 210 THB multiplied by your group size.

Floating Breakfast
Our standard floating breakfast tray is available exclusively as an add-on to Breakfast Service (minimum breakfast charge applies). The Premium Floating Breakfast can be booked as an add-on, or on its own. Each tray feeds 2 to 4 persons — for groups larger than 4, simply add a second tray, or pair with additional standard breakfast guests.
