Your morning begins with a 7:30AM pick-up, meeting your chef at the designated Kata Beach Market meeting point to select fresh ingredients together. From there, head up to the private penthouse sky terrace to begin your hands-on cooking class, guided step-by-step by Chef Selly or Chef Piow. Once the cooking is done, sit down to enjoy the meal you've made, with Kata Bay stretched out below.

Price: 2,500 THB per person, minimum 5,000 THB (2 guests) — reflecting the current construction nearby, with pricing to be reviewed once works are complete. Includes complimentary pick-up within 10km of Kata Beach.
Breakfast With a View
Mimosas, Fresh Fruit & Ocean Views
Skip the cooking and simply arrive to a beautifully set private breakfast on the sky terrace. You'll have full privacy during your booking, with no other guests present.
As Kata Beach continues to grow below, please note that construction noise may be present and is unpredictable at times — while we can't control this, the sky terrace remains a stunning, elevated setting for your morning.
Breakfast is served at 9 AM, opening with a complimentary mimosa as you take in the views over Kata Bay, followed by a signature tasting bite — a delicate blini topped with roe. From there, settle into a relaxed spread of fresh tropical fruit, pastries, yogurt with local honey and granola, and eggs your way, alongside Thai iced tea or coffee.
Afterward, guests are welcome to cool off with a dip in our private plunge pool, with departure by 11 AM. Please bring your own swimwear — towels are provided. A private ensuite bedroom (with shower and toilet) is available for changing. Access is limited to the terrace, pool, and this changing room — other bedrooms, the lounge, and the kitchen are not part of this service.

Sea Gypsy Seafood Night
Fresh from the Sea Gypsy market to your table — the same day, every time
Every Sea Gypsy Seafood Night begins at the Sea Gypsy fresh market in Rawai, Phuket — where local fishermen bring in the night's catch. Chef Selly sources the freshest seafood directly from the market that morning and cooks a spectacular Thai seafood feast for you the same evening at Blue Bay.
Dine on our terrace with uninterrupted views over Kata Bay — one of Phuket's most beautiful bays — as the sun sets over the Andaman Sea. Your own private chef and server take care of everything while you sit back and enjoy the view.
Your base menu features a generous selection of Chef Selly's signature Thai seafood dishes. Want to go further? Add whole lobster, tiger prawns, mantis shrimp or blue crab — priced by weight and sourced to order the same morning from the Sea gyspy fresh market.

Getting Here
Complimentary pick-up is included for groups of 4 to 6 within 10km of Kata Beach. Beyond 10km, a pick-up surcharge of 300 THB per person applies. For the Cooking Lesson with Market Experience, pick-up is available for groups of 2 or more at 600 THB for smaller groups.
Booking
All services must be booked in advance. Minimum 4 persons for all services except the Cooking Lesson with Market Experience, which welcomes groups from 2 persons.

Cooking Lesson with Market Experience
Your complimentary pick-up includes a visit to the local Thai market before returning to the penthouse for your class. Class duration approximately 2–3 hours.
Breakfast With a View
Maximum 6 guests. Complimentary pick-up included for groups of 4–6. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the terrace followed by plunge pool access until 11AM — the perfect way to start your Phuket morning.
Thai Dining
Maximum 6 guests. Complimentary pick-up included for groups of 4–6. Service duration approximately 2 hours, giving your group a relaxed and unhurried evening on the terrace.
Sea Gypsy Seafood Night
Maximum 6 guests. Complimentary pick-up included for groups of 4–6. Service duration approximately 2 hours — a spectacular evening above Kata Bay, at your own pace.
The Plunge Pool
The plunge pool is available to all guests during your visit — a small, beautiful pool designed for cooling off and relaxing rather than swimming laps. Both adults and children aged 7 and above are welcome to use it. We kindly ask that no food or drinks are taken into the pool area — please enjoy refreshments on the terrace before or after your dip. Please bring your own swimwear and change of clothes. Towels, a shower, and a changing room are all provided.
Access
You'll have full privacy during your visit — no other guests, just your group. Access is limited to the sky terrace, plunge pool, and changing room. Other areas of the property including bedrooms, the lounge, and the kitchen are not part of this experience.
Children
Children aged 7 and above are warmly welcome at Blue Bay. A minimum of 2 adults must be present in the group at all times. We are unable to accommodate children under 7 years at any Blue Bay service.
