Always Dine Fresh — Join Chef Selly at Her Home Garden for a Private Truly Thai Food Experience
Tucked beside our own little hydroponic and herb garden, my covered terrace is set with slate grey tiles and a crisp white roof, with soft mood lighting carrying the evening from afternoon into night. Choose from a hands-on cooking class, a private Thai dinner, a BBQ and Thai dining combo, or our Sea Gypsy seafood night — all served at the chef's table in the same relaxed garden setting.

Cooking Lesson with Market Experience
Join Chef Selly at Her Home Garden for an Authentic Thai Food Experience
The experience begins with a complimentary pick-up within 10 km of Rawai, where you'll be brought to the meeting area at the local Thai market. Here guests select fresh ingredients alongside Chef Selly, taste a few Thai market treats, then head back to Chef Selly's garden to start the cooking class with the ingredients just collected and herbs picked straight from the garden. Guests cook at individual stations — up to a maximum of 6 people — guided step-by-step by Chef Selly, before settling into the adjoining dining area to enjoy the meal they've made, perhaps with a glass of wine!
Cooking Lesson with Market Experience
Price: 3,800 THB minimum for 2 guests (+600 THB pick-up charge for 2-guest bookings), +1,900 THB per additional guest (maximum 6 guests). Complimentary pick-up included for groups of 4–6, within 10km of Rawai Beach.

Chef Selly's Garden also welcomes guests for a private Thai dinner in this same setting — no market visit or cooking required on your part. Instead, sit back and relax as Chef Selly prepares your meal fresh, cooking directly in front of you. It's not uncommon for Chef Selly's friends or family to drop by after dinner too, adding a genuine, unplanned taste of local hospitality and culture to your evening.

The Best of Both Worlds
Combine the best of both worlds — a private relaxed garden setting with Chef Selly as your BBQ chef, grilling only the best cuts of meat right in front of you, paired with classic Thai dishes served together. It's not uncommon for Chef Selly's friends or family to drop by after dinner too, adding a genuine, unplanned taste of local hospitality and culture to your evening.

Sea Gypsy Night
Sea Gypsy Market to Chef Sellys Table
Fresh seafood sourced from the Sea Gypsy Fish Market, often just an hour before service, for the freshest seafood experience possible. Served in the garden setting, with Chef Selly preparing each dish in front of you — using home-grown herbs straight from her herb garden to bring out the best of the catch.

We're happy to supply drinks for your visit:

Thai beer (Singha, Chang, or Leo) — 70 THB per tin

Chef-selected wine, red, white, or sparkling — 690 THB per bottle — around half what you'd pay for the same quality in a restaurant

You're also welcome to bring your own wine — a corkage fee of 250 THB per bottle applies
Please note: no outside spirits or beers.
Practicalities
Complimentary pick-up is included for groups of 4 to 6, within 10km of Rawai. Beyond 10km, a pick-up surcharge of 300 THB per person applies. All services must be booked in advance, minimum 4 persons (2 persons for the Cooking Lesson with Market Experience, with a 600 THB pick-up charge applying at that group size).
Cooking Lesson with Market Experience
The experience includes a complimentary pick-up within 10km of Rawai, taking you to the local Thai market before returning to the garden for your class.
